[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I want to refund my money | |
Sir/Madam, I am Debraj Paul, my registered no. [protected]. I had booking at 22 nd Dec, 12pm - 6pm slot. My booking id - TWWO1552 I checked in hotel at 3pm and checked out hotel at 6pm. I paid 689 rupees at hotel through debit card, I also have customer copy. I also filled their hotel check in book and they took our identity prove copy. When I checked out from property then one receptionist took my phone and open oyo app. Now I am checking oyo app and identify that my booking is cancel. I visit oyo assistant but they unable to help me. I want proper solution and refund my money. This is totally fraud by your property. I attached my booking copy and bank statement for your reference.
