[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I was denied check in twice in a night. | |||
I with my friends (All males) booked an oyo hotel on 18th october 2018 and the checkout was on 19th october 2018 at new jalpaiguri. I called the hotel through the oyo app and confirmed our arrival i. E at 3am on 19th october 2018. But when we reached the hotel it denied our check in stating that rooms are full. I called the oyo customer care and after waiting for 30mins they arranged another hotel which was 4.7kms away from the last hotel.in the middle of the night we managed to get an auto and it charged rs300 to reach to the new hotel. After reaching the new hotel, the same problem arised. We were denied entry for the 2nd time for the same reason that, the rooms are full. It was 4:30am and i called the oyo customer again. And they put my call on hold for several minutes and every time the calls get dropped. After trying for more than 10times and every time explaining my problem to them the issue is yet not solved till now. I didn't even get a call back from them. It was 7am in the morning and we were waiting for oyo call in the middle of the road. As the place was new to us we faced a lot of problem finding a new local hotel.
