Oyo Rooms — I was robbed by oyo - since 24th march struggling for refund | |||
On 24th march 2020 i have made a booking (Vaeh3604) for oyo. Due to covid19 i had to rush to my home place so i cancelled my booking after discussed in customer care. They confirm that amount 3942 will be refund in the bank account. A month back on 1st april they confirmed on email refund is initiated but since same day i’m taking multiple follow up they didn’t respond me back. When i reply back for status they didn’t response also not able to connect on call.
