Oyo Rooms — issue with refund of deposit | |||||
Booking id : 41118 Check-out date: 1 jan 2020 I had checked out from oyo life pg, grg 1095, on 1 jan. I had put on a proper checkout notice on 1st may using oyolife app. The deposit amount of 5500/- was supposed to be refunded within 15 days of check out. I was informed that i will receive a google form to fill in the details regarding the refund. But neither have i received any such form nor i am contacted by any oyo representative regarding the refund process. Its going to be a month since my checkout and i request u to look into the matter. I am expecting a co-operation from your end in getting my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
