[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Issue with the hotel denying entry and not refunding your money

We had been to kerela this past week and we had booked a room via OYO rooms and when we reached the room we were denied entry and told to pay extra so we had to cancel the booking when booked we had paid an amount of 563 rs and that should be refunded to us in our accounts as it was issue from the OYO rooms side and had promised to do that but after that we can see that we are not able to contact the Coustomer care for the same and also we have nog got our money back too and in the name of instant refund they gave us some 200 OYO cash that is 100 rs which are of no use to us and we demand for our money
