Fraudulent Issue Grievance Details Sir/madam I had booked a room for 15/06/19 from yo for property capital o cottage @ village naukauchiya tall nanital. On 14.06.19 I had received a call from property saying oyo doing overlooking and please contact the oyo for either cancellation or for alternate management so I called oyo and after keeping me on hold for 30 minute I had received that your booking is confirmed as they talked with property owner and your booking is confirmed. So 12 people(ladies and children)with 4 room booking had reached the property at 8pm but hotel people denied the check-in and they had to wait the outside at that odd time with children and ladies. Meanwhile I contacted the oyo customer care number and they did not provide me any resolution as they kept putting me on hold and after 10 minute disconnect the phone. After that I had put this on Twitter and then they responded after 1 hour meanwhile the people standing at hotel raised this issue to police and they shifted the people in other degraded hotel. Please take strict action against these companies who are just here to loot the money of consumers and revert. Was this information helpful? | |||
