I had booked an OYO townhouse 023 CR park property. Firstly the location was incorrect in the app and neither the property owner nor customer service picked up the call for an hour. I was out on the streets at 10 PM in the night, when finally the place was located and I checked in with waiting of 10 mins.
The room provided was in a very unhygienic and horrible condition with stains all over the walls, broken Ac, dirty washroom and stinking small room.
I immediately checked out of the property and contacted the customer care that put me on hold for another half an hour. I redialled the customer care and another persons tells me they cannot refund the amount and instead would like to offer another stay. However while waiting I had booked another hotel since it was very late in the night and they had put me on hold for half an hour already.
They did not update my status as checked out until the next morning and now refusing to refund the amount after harassing me late in the night leaving me on streets.
I would request a refund for defrauding a customer based on fake pictures and not providing smooth customer care service in the time of need.
