Dear team, On 13th of september 1 booking is being done with my number and emailid by some unknown person in hotel swagath malviya nagar delhi, mr. Pritpal. I booked a room on Oyo with booking I'd SUGA6743 and by mistake I booked this hotel for 28dec 2021 but i have to stay in this on 29dec 2021 I call on Oyo helpline no and they give me the solution to book new room on Oyo for 29dec and after this booking they send us refund and this time my booking I'd is BSCU2965 and in this booking they send me a bill of 1 lakh 70 thousand 393 for one night stay in hotel royal inn in patna they changed us 799 for 1st booking and for 2nd booking they charged us 199 rupees and now showing approx 2 lakh rupees remaining
