[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — money refund policy

I booked a hotel room on 26 may by paying advance money 582 inr through paytm. When i contact that hotel manager, he said that there is no room available currently but oyo app was showing two vacant rooms in it. Then i cancelled my booking. It's about 3 month ago but till now i don't get my refund money. I call oyo costumer service nearly about 30 times. Each time they said that we will call you later but they don't call me back even a single time. Please send my money back.
