Oyo Rooms — no booking despite full payment is done for oyo 7840 artus inn 2 | |
I booked oyo 7840 hotel through oyo app for 3 nights (from Jul 25 12 PM Onwards to Jul 28 Till 11 AM) on 15 july 2019 and made the payment today in the morning after getting confirmation of the same from oyo customer care[protected] but after that I got a message from oyo that my booking has been updated. In the OYO app, some other hotel is booked for the same BOOKING ID: ZRBI5723 and due amount is Rs. 2256. I called so many times to customer regarding the same, but till now I did not get any reply. I attached the booking confirmation image which I received on gmail ID and payment image also for your reference. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |
