[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No refund for tkxw5867 - i would like to file a case against oyo and need suggestion | |||||
I had booked OYO room (OYO Rooms Gangaram Hospital - Hotel Name: Hotel Rudra Castle Delhi) on 4th December. Hotel denied the stay as there were no place available in the hotel. I didn't get any refund and hence I would like to file a case against OYO rooms. I would like to get information on the process to file consumer case against these companies. On 4th of December, my father had to get operated in Gangaram hospital and we were looking for accommodation nearby. We were family along with my grand-mom (88 years old) and sister's kids (6 and 11 years old). I had requested OYO to talk to the hotel guys as the booking confirmation was made 4 days before the check-in date. After an hour, OYO called me saying rooms will be available for us in the same hotel. During check-in, hotel denied to give any room and manager misbehaved with us. We were very tired after coming from the Hospital and hotel (Rudra castle) guys were not listening to our request. We tried calling OYO but their customer care was busy(couldn't reach them after trying for 1 hours). Finally, we had called Police to take us out of this hotel as hotel guys behavior was very scary. Thanks to Delhi police for helping me and my family to come out of the hotel safely. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have had the same experience. Please get in touch with me, and we can maybe build a class suit for taking legal action against these crooks.

Hello guys, For me also they are not refunding back my amount. They saying some idiotic story.
I am frustrated by their behavior. Lets get together and sue these people.
