[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No refund till now as the booking was done in march | |||
I had booked an oyo room in oyo 35766 hotel grand inn for two nights from 19th march, 2020 to 21st march, 2020. As per the government of india's strict lockdown began from 21st of march, 2020, all the hotel rooms has to be vacant and oyo started vacating the acquired rooms by assuring that the amount will be reflected in the customer's very soon so i left the hotel on 20th march, 2020 but till now there is no any refund initiated from oyo and there is no response from oyo customer service.
