[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — no rooms available despite booking and paying in advance | |||
I had booked oyo room at oyo 13750 sri krishna comforts, bannur road, mysore. The check in wa on 24th august 19 and check out was 25th aug 2019 Booking id - uwja5802 This booking was for 3 adults, the rent asked to pay was rs 1279. Which was paid through my credit card. When i reached the above hotel, they informed me that the hotel has no longer tie up with oyo and they dont have any rooms and there is no vacancy. I had to search some other hotel myself and come back On 25/8/19 the oyo customer care calls me from chandigarh (Phone[protected] and tells me sorry for the problem and promised me to refund. After some time i received a message that rs 280 will be refunded for not providing the oyo room. I have paid rs.1279, but they messeged me for rs 280. Why,? Infact they have to refund full amount and also compensate for the utter inconvenience caused. I have got every right to get the total amount paid, as there is no mistake from my end.
