[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — non resolution of rental complaint | |||
Sir 1. My daughter is staying in room 320 in grg1095 sector 22 gurgaon facility since last week of may 19. 2. When she occupied the room, miss anushka was already staying. She was single handedly managing the grampower app herself. There was no password that was given to my daughter either by anushka or by facility staff. 3. The entire electricity bill was to be shared by these two occupants. 10-12 days before her planned vacation of the room miss anushka cunningly did not get the meter recharged and the account ran in debit. Two days before her vacation she went out station and that was the time when the power supply was interrupted due to debit. Since she was outstation, she shared the password with my daughter who got the meter recharged for 2400/-. Anushka said that she doesn't have money and will soon get money from parents and reimburse her share of approx 1200/-. Facility incharge mr baljit was personally informed by me and he was told to hold her security deposit or she be made to pay her dues before she checks out. I also informed the matter to mr abhishek who assured me in writing that the issue would be resolved. I wanted to file a complaint with gurugram police but mr abhishek asked me not to do so as he would resolve it soon. 4. After more than a month of me chasing the issue with mr abhishek (And now mr harsh) nothing has happened. Was this information helpful? | |||
