[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Not giving GST Invoice

I had stayed in oyo Townhouse 719 at Greater Noida on an official work for 1 days, booked through oyo as per booking id: NOEA2670.

The manager initially agreed that he would arrange to provide me with an oyo tax invoice at the time of my check-out. But after i left, i got an email with payment details without any gst details. I also tried to contact oyo customer service via [protected], and they never answered my call.

I repeatedly contacted the oyo. But they said that they cannot give a tax receipt bill as the reservation is done through oyo.

As i work with the government of india, they will not reimburse my claims and it is quite difficult for people like me to book rooms with oyo.
