[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not giving refund | |
Booking id: FDLR8294 hotel Aroma delhi, Booking made from[protected] to[protected] but stayed only on[protected] and cancelled booking for[protected] to[protected] booking payment made Rs. 7410 for[protected] to[protected] and refund pending Rs 4940 for[protected] to[protected] Due to Hygeine issue I have to made another booking for 22-24 may 2019 and i was promised by oyo to give my refund me for 22-24 may 2019 i.e. Rs 4940. I have also send them oyo receipt (also added the same in this complaint) which clearly mentioned about the transaction of Rs.7410 and pending refund of Rs. 4940. But oyo is ignoring me and not giving my refund intentionally. OYO is doing fraud so i request to kindly raise my complaint. I am an IIM student and I am going to raise this issue on twitter and all social media platforms to creat awareness among people about OYO frauds. And because of IIM background i have huge support from IIM students and alumni to create trouble for OYO Was this information helpful? | |
