[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — overpriced room and misleading room photos | |||||
I had a stay at OYO 2229 Hotel Golden Wings, 10, Krishna Niwas, Near Delhi Gate, Udaipur on Check-in 12 Nov 18 and Check-out 14th Nov 18. OYO charged me Rs. 8686 for 2 Adults and 2 Kids (3 Yrs and 8 Yrs). When I reached to the hotel at 10:30 AM and I was been told that room check-in time is 11 AM. so I preferred to go for site seeing and return evening around 6:30 PM. And I was shocked when I saw the room. I had following issues - 1. OYO uploaded not real pics of room. The pics shown of the room was not allocated to me. BIG LIAR. When I complaint about this to AGM of OYO Udaipur (Mr. Nilesh Bhargav). He said this is a technical issue. My Response: Software can handle this easily, PLEASE DON'T FOOL PEOPLE. 2.
