It was 28th of October 2022, me and my friend were tired from a journey and around 1 AM we decided to rent a room for the night in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We downloaded the OYO app and booked a room. We tried calling the hotel but it the number was unavailable.
Upon reaching the hotel we called the person in charge, by the number provided at the gate, and he informed us they have cancelled their links to OYO rooms and are now not available to rent any.
The room was in some remote area, it was 1 AM, we were hungry and we had nowhere else to go.
We had paid for the room in advance and no refund has been provided by the company. I request them to kindly repay me as soon as possible.
