We own more then 14 hotels overall world and we need to tie up with oyo rooms but your employee is not responding mails and nor receiving calls this is your service before hotel tie up. I had a word with mr. Ashish for your hotel in dwarka. Person from oyorooms already visited hotel and we did audit of the hotel and he said 'i will revert back within 48 hrs after the audit and it's been more then a week and i have not receive any revert back. We thought to tie all the hotels but with us service it's really bad for oyorooms being an brand

I have booked room for waynad . But I m not feeling well before one day. So not able to come there. I called customer care regarding this. they told they can't refund any amount.ateast they should refund some amount.please help me for this . My booking id is LIYH1564.

Hope you are doing good now. As per our cancellation policy, if the cancellation time is less that 24 hours from the time of check-in, once day's booking amount is charged. You can check the same here http://bit.ly/1IA80Sa . Hence, you are not eligible for any refund. We would appreciate your understanding in this regard.
