[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — pathetic property oyo 14760- with arrogant managers and no customer support

Dear sir,

My friend mr. Pawan kumar had booked oyo room 14760 swagat guest house, new town kolkata. Check in: 16 july '19 and check out 17 july'19.

Booking was done through goibibo (Ref: htl2rr4wdf).

Upon arrival at the mentioned property the hotel staff was found very arrogant. There was no basic toiletries provided. Upon making request at hotel reception, the arrogant hotel reception told that oyo did not provide the toiletries and hence they cannot give. They even said to talk to hotel manager and they will do nothing. We called up oyo customer care and they didn't give any proper response. Kept on repeating, sorry for inconvenience but did nothing!!!.
After lot of arguments, hotel provided with basic amenities.

The best part was, everyone at hotel were sleeping till 8 am and no one was available to take order for breakfast!!! Whow!!!
Mr. Pawan had to leave hotel without breakfast!!!

What a wonderful sleeping pathetic property oyo!!!

I had heard plenty of negative stories about pathetic oyo rooms, but it was the very first experience (Through my friend) that we came across personally

Really oyo has pathetic rooms at worst guest houses/ hotels with no customer service.!!!

Do not just keep increasing rooms, first maintain standards and quality for all rooms which is run under oyo!!! And teach your property people some manners to talk to customer!!!

till now OYO rooms have not given any feedback on complaint. They are just increasing the rooms and do not care for quality and customer service
