I am not able to receive my payment Invoice on my mail id, while your ccare executive said my email id is wrong registered and it can not be helped.
Every problem have solution, but running from giving solution is always easy while very disappointing.

I got my payment invoice, company told me that my email ID got registered in there portal. Also they are taking action against hotel for non sanitization. I was expecting compensation but still I am satisfied so, i close my complaint. Thanks

Over call it was very time wasting experience i had.

Every ccare executive want to run from giving a solution wile as ccare executive they must run towards a solution.
