[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — paypal refund inability by oyo

I booked a room with oyo and cancelled it due to corona with booking id: hwbf3769 Despite multiple attempts oyo was unable to refund money and i have reached out to them 5 times. Case id: 27606411 The last time i chatted, oyo insists the money has been refunded, contact paypal, without giving me any refund transaction id or anything. Moreover the paypal customer service is closed due to covid 19. Other customers have to had such issue with oyo's inability to pay via paypal. https://www.consumercomplaints.in/oyo-rooms-refund-not-credited-c2596194 I insist oyo to contact paypal or pay me via any other means.
