Oyo Rooms — Poor service and bad customer support | |||||
My first experience with oyo rooms was worst. They have a property in bhowali (Nainital) with name "arsh international" we cheked in on 9th june 2016 and checked out on 10th june 2016. They charged approx 4200 for two rooms (After discount) and below is the discription of room, anyone can imagine the actual terrif, (Room no. 302 and 309) No towels No soap Dirty rooms (Even dustbin not cleaned) Broken tap, was basin and toilet seats. Food available 2 hours after request (Oyo claims inhouse restaurant) Food quality is not good and charges equivalent to a 3 start hotel. Lodge type environment (Scary). Untrained, rude staff Forget wifi (As oyo claims) tv's not working. It cannot be conincidence as condition of both the rooms was same. With my earlier experience i can say one can get a better accomodation on half of the price. When i rasied the concern to oyo they said these all issues are between hotel and guest, they are only mediator for booking so they cannot do anything. They have a property in Katra (Jammu) with name "OYO Rooms Railway Road 5, Hotel Name: hotel jagdamba, Hotel Address: Railway Road, Katra, Jammu". we cheked in on 8th July 2016 and checked out on 10th July 2016. They charged approx 2938.00 for one room (After discount) and below is the discription of room, anyone can imagine the actual terrif, (Room no. 408)
No towels
No soap.
No Exhaust Fan in washroom.
Dirty rooms (Even dustbin not cleaned)
Broken tap, was basin and toilet seats.
Food quality is not good and charges equivalent to a 3 start hotel.
Forget wifi (As oyo claims) tv's not working.
With my earlier experience i can say one can get a better accomodation on half of the price.
When i raised the concern to oyo they said these all issues are between hotel and guest, they are only mediator for booking so they cannot do anything.
They suggested me to call hotel owner and raise the issue.
