[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — prepaid hotel not giving room

This is a complain in regards of my last booking with goibibo and oyo
Worst experience ever.
I booked a pre-paid hotel at agra pnr - [protected]
Everything was fine till the time i made a call at the hotel just to inform about our timings to reach and get the room ready as i was travelling with my child (7 years) as i didnt wanted to make him uncomfortable at that late night hour (2 am)

When i made a call to hotel capital o 60101 hotel the rainbow - a boutique they said that they haven't received any confirmation regarding my booking.
They asked me to call at goibibo customer care for the same.
I, so astonished with such answers, made a call to goibibo customer care where i got a reply that it is oyo booking and oyo team will look into the matter.
After calling calling the oyo team they said that the booking is confirmed and we will face no issues.
Very confusing answers from both the service providers (Oyo & goibibo).
Again i checked with the hotel so they said that its is an error, as such kind of hotel doesn't exist or its wrongly named & numbered by the team of oyo or goibibo.
Again a well disturbing answer.
With lots of disappointment i lost all my hope and a thought of loosing all my money.
Suddenly i received a call from oyo person stating that he will give me another room with same facilities and conform in nearby area.
And he gave me an address only via phone for the same and anyhow we managed to reach that hotel at 3 pm midnight.
Now my issues are as follows:-
1- i have not received any invoice for the new hotel that was been shifted i. E. Hotel d-season, agra.
2- the contact person just informed us the address over the phone not even providing the hotel contact number, and it was very difficult for us to track the hotel without any correct information.
3- we reached agra at 2 am midnight, and the bus dropped us at civil hospital chauraha, where we were standing all alone with a small child, where all the auto wala just staring at us which was very unsafe. But oyo people didn't cared about it.
4- anyhow managed to reached the shifted hotel d - season, our struggle started again as the rooms were not clean, the washroom was pathetic and very smelly, even the bed-sheets were torn and the flush was also not working.
5- i have booked for a nice and comfort hotel but oyo team shifted me to a discomfort situation where i was stuck with my child in a very worse condition. As i cant manage to switch a new place at such late hours.
6- i have booked for a breakfast but unfortunately the shifted hotel stated that they will not provide the breakfast as it was not said to them. But after a long argument with they served us breakfast and that was 1 aloo paratha and 4 piece bread butter & a tea which was also just a formality and had a pathetic taste.
Now my complain are as follows which need to be answered-
1- why we didn't received a call from oyo/goibibo side even after making the payment for the upcoming booking?
2- why did that hotel contact number was not provided after making the prepaid booking?
3- why oyo team was calling us from the customer care number? As it was difficult to track you people and every time we have to call customer care again and repeat the matter to every new customer care executive, which is very irritating.
4- why i didn't received any invoice for the new shifted hotel?
5- why any concern person didn't called us to confirm weather we have reached the hotel or not and weather the service is satisfactory or not?
6- i have a raised the ticket for refund as i am not satisfied with the service but i received the answer that they have shifted us to the new hotel so that refund will not be possible. Why?
7- even after all this goibibo team is sending me message to give review to the oyo capital o 60101 hotel the rainbow - a boutique which i never ever went?

Kindly escalate the issues to the higher authority as it is a matter of concern for many of the person who are facing the same problems. And it is very difficult to visit a new place about which we are no familiar and the service provider just left us unjustified as they have got the payment ant now they will not help.

Make refund and tell me the process so that i can raise for the compensation also as it was very torturing.
