[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — pro-forma invoice not provided for online payment made for hotel booking through app

I hve book hotel at bangalore for date 19th aug to 1st sept 2018 with booking id:- zqag0328 & dwvr2018 for hotel oyo 11156 bangalore international & oyo7654 hotel palladium respectively. As per mentioned in payment receipt generated by oyo online but they have not provide me invoice for the same rs.20292/- same i have paid through oyo app. Continuously talking with oyo customer care they are responding. They refuse to give me invoice. Also hotel not provide the same as i have paid same amount online to oyo. So, my company now not reimburse the above amount as oyo have mentioned in payment receipt invoice collect from hotel at time of checkout. Very frustrating situation to me... Plz resolve my problem asap.

I have talk with customer care atleast 5-6 times for same query. They have just send me auto generated Payment Reciept mentioning " Invoices Copy collect from Hotel at time of checkout" . so, now my company asking me Invoice. And Hotel also refuse to give Invoice bcoz I had made online payment to OYO. I have also ask OYO to give me in written that, OYO cannot provide Invoice, so, I can submit the same to my office. Around my Rs. 30, 000/- amount pending to my office due that one line mentioned in Payment Receipt. Company Customer care No. 9643336322 I hve recieved call from below No. +911246281444
