[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund amount has not been credited even after 28 month. | |||||
My booking ID is ZVCQ0214. I booked through Oyo rooms for one day stay on 21st Nov 2015 and cancelled before 24 hours to the check in time. But I still did not get any money in my account. In the past 25 days, I have called more than 100 times and sent you more than 5 e-mails. Every time I get the same reply that it is has already been processed and it will get credited in next 48 hours. I contacted my bank and mobikwik wallet and they are saying that they didn't get any request for the same. When I asked oyo to send me the transaction details they are not responding. kindly refund my amount asap. regards murali. Was this information helpful? | |||||
