[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund due to No Response from Hotel Manager | |
Booking ID: V31N7823 I had planned Check in to OMR Residency 78979, Shollinganallur, Chennai . I had also made full payment before check in (INR 1233). However when I arrived at the location as per OYO we could not find the Oyo Room. When I contacted customer support as per their records [protected] was not reachable. Finally when I could manage to connect the Person who responded the call stated "THIS IS WRONG NUMBER" When I escalated this for refund OYO executive Srabani Mazumdar stated refund not possible as Hotel is there at the location. She failed to understand that the customer could not connect properly to the restaurant and received incorrect information from OYO site. Moreover OYO executive Srabani Mazumdar was adamant and cut the call without understanding.
