Oyo Rooms — Refund for extra charges which I was asked at the hotel during early check-in for OYO booking

Hi,
I had made a booking for staying at collection o tierra woods, hbr layout, bangalore-560043 between jul 25-27 and made payment through google pay for rs 2485 (Booking id: i8ct5659).
I wanted early check-in while booking through customer care representative call for which he mentioned the tariff as 30% of one day charge which was maximum of rs 300 (Customer care executive mentioned this amount) and the early check-in charge was to be paid directly at the hotel.

But once i reached the hotel, i got asked to pay amount of rs 700. I argued with them that the oyo representative only mentioned maximum amount of rs 300 for early check-in but they didn't agree. Only after paying rs 700 was i allowed check-in despite already paying full amount while booking through oyo customer call service.
Attached is the google pay screenshot pdf of the amount which i paid at the hotel.
Please assist me in getting back the extra amount of rs 400 which i had paid.
