Hi,

I have booked an OYO with booking ID: MT4R3509 for two days and due to bad service at the hotel I had to checkout after staying on same day (18th August, 5:10PM). I have confirmed with the Service desk before checking out on the same day, regarding the refund they said it's not possible, and most importantly, HOTEL MANAGER DID NOT CLICK ON "CHECKED OUT" IN HIS SYSTEM. So, I can not see the details of checking out in my app. It shows, I am still staying there. Which is not true. I want the refund.

    I booked a hotel on oyo and the payment got deducted but on the app no booking ID got generated. Now when I contacted the customer care they said that the payment was unsuccessful on their end and we need to contact our bank partner...but we have a transaction ID through which the payment was confirmed..I don't know why they are not taking responsibility and initializing a refund...

      Have paid Rs 1466 through GPay to oyo app on 16.08.2023 to book hotel in Hyderabad. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

      I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and shouted on me.

      This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst. Since, money is deducted but the booking is not showing in app, I couldn't get the booking I'd. But my registered mobile number with the app is [protected]

        i reached to hotel with my friends on 11th night at 9;30pm and my booking was done by OYO ROOMS BUT THAT HOTEL MANAGER told me that my booking is not there and hotel rooms are occupied and we didnt grt our room on time and we were mentally harrased that time because of oyo's mistakes and that 11th august night we had to pay 5500/- rs to other hotel room for stay for 1 room.
        i raised a complaint also to your customer care but still my money didnt received yet

          My ticket number [protected] and my booking id N4HG8566. My room was cancelled by oyo authorities. They told oyo will issues complementary amount of 1314 and the same they emailed me but i didn't received any refund.

            I had booked OYO Townhouse 1072 Rks Prestige on 14th July (Booking ID :X7Y35428) and cancelled the booking on July 17 2023 (Ticket ID: [protected]). I had paid Rs.2877 as advance.
            As per the cancellation policy cancellations before 9AM, July 2023 was 100% refundable.
            However I have not received the refund amount yet.

            I complained to the customer care many times via phone and emails but did not receive any response

              Refund for extra charges which I was asked at the hotel during early check-in for OYO booking

              Hi,
              I had made a booking for staying at collection o tierra woods, hbr layout, bangalore-560043 between jul 25-27 and made payment through google pay for rs 2485 (Booking id: i8ct5659).
              I wanted early check-in while booking through customer care representative call for which he mentioned the tariff as 30% of one day charge which was maximum of rs 300 (Customer care executive mentioned this amount) and the early check-in charge...

              Hi,
              I had made a booking on 30-Jul 2023 for staying at Collection O Tierra Woods, HBR Layout, Bangalore-560043 between Aug1 -Aug3 and made payment through Google Pay for Rs 2760. Booking ID: VGQJ4198
              While booking through customer care representative call, I informed that I would need early check-in and asked the representative to inform the hotel of the same. He told that he informed the hotel manager of this detail and that he had agreed to my early check-in. Only after that, I paid the full booking amount on the call.
              The next day on 31-Jul, I called the hotel directly to re-confirm my booking and also to inform that I would be coming early as I had opted for early check-in. At that time, the hotel asked me to hold on and told me to call after late evening to confirm my booking.
              I called after late evening and got a response from the hotel that my booking is not acceptable as all rooms are occupied now and asked me to cancel my booking.
              The purpose of making a booking in advance is to reserve a room and in my case, it had not happened.
              I immediately cancelled my booking through OYO app but no refund has been processed when I'm not even at fault and asked to cancel a booking which I did in advance.
              Kindly requesting you to help me out in this regard & process the full refund amount of Rs 2760.

              I have got a response from Oyo Rooms customer support which is as below:
              For Booking ID VGQJ4198, you have mentioned in mail "property manager deny him for early check in due to no rooms were available that's why he cancelled his booking".
              I have clearly mentioned in my complaint that property manager completely denied my booking even for standard check-in time as all rooms are occupied and asked me to cancel my booking. I make a booking 2days prior to arrival and this is all I get in return having to argue for my hard earned money which I paid in advance.
              I'm not at all satisfied with your investigations and resolutions you have provided and its very obvious that my complaint has not been properly read through.
              When I see Guest partially pacified in the comment provided, I get even more angry and pissed off.
              As a regular user of OYO, I'm disappointed with this. Hope you understand my concerns and help me get my hard earned money back.
              I'm awaiting an update on my complaint from last one month. Pls do the needful.

              Hi Team,

              I posted the update which was provided to me last month by Oyo Rooms support and mentioned my dissatisfaction & grievances regarding the complaint and asked to take further action. My posts seem to have not been received or acknowledged.

              Added the updates provided to me last month in the comments portion of the complaint update(2 new comments). Kindly assist with this issue ASAP.

                I booked 2 rooms in hotel in pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh and the name of hotel is pachmarhi hills but when we reached to hotel, they told us that the room is not available, and we didn't get any room. we r in trouble because we didn't find any hotel available here. we r very stressed in this night. this is horrible experience with Oyo.

                  I was booking an Oyo in gandhinagar through application. When i was paying, the amount got deducted but it showed that retry payment booking failed. And in the app it is not showing anywhere. When I tried to reach customer care they asked for booking Id. How can I get booking I'd without a successful booking?. When I tried again the customer cared agent told me that he is transferring my call to his senior and put me on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. I want my money back which was 1271.                     I have booked a room and when rrached there the hotel owner denied my booking and asked to call oyo and cancel. So i called customer care and initiated a cancel and they told like refund will be available within 14 days. But the refund is not credited after 14 days.

                      I booked a room for the 7th August 2023 at the White Horse hotel in Ripon in the United Kingdom on the 24/04/2023 and paid for it by debit card on the 25/04/2023 according to my bank.

                      However I can no longer make that date and wish to cancel and receive a refund which according to their terms is quite possible given suitable notice.
                      I tried phoning them and when connected the automatic reply gave me a choice of 4 options...

                      I had booked hotel on oyo app on 25th of may 23 for 7th and 8th of june and the booking was confirmed but later i got a message from oyo that the hotel is not available on selected dates so either you change the hotel or opt for refund.So o choose full refund later then no is responding to my calls and service team is transfering the calls from here to there. The OYO ROOMs is the worst app so i prefer none should use it. I need the refund of my amount 2665 for booking id KZVR7071 and its past 2months i didnt get the refund yet

                          I booked an Oyo Room and paid 1600, but when I reached the location I was denied check in even though i paid in advance the money and was asked to leave, in that time I was shifted to another hotel without my consent and that was so bad compared to what i paid for, so I canceled the booking and oyo called this as my mistake and dint even give my money back. Oyo refunded only 111 rs out of 1600, and this was there mistake, my check in time was 12 and around 12.30 they changed my hotel, i was waiting for 1 hour to find a solution and they just change my hotel to a very bad hotel which i dint want to go to, so i cancelled the booking and refund too i dint get.

                          If you cannot give me the hotel room i wanted then dont change it without my consent, this is unfair and a fraud.

                              I booked a room in hotel kings inn on 29th July through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 550₹ apart from 450₹ which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1000. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 550₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only putting calls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                I have booked hotel with OYO app and provided the GST details in the app to get GST invoice to submit & claim the bills to my company against my travel expenditures. I have reached out to OYO call center few times and no support received. Call center forward the call to hotel manager and hotel manager says OYO is supposed to provide the invoice

                                  I booked a suite room at Oyo 1116 G Silver hotels

                                  I was not allowed to check in immediately. The OYO exec then helped me check in and then I proceeded to my room.
                                  Once i got there, the condition of the room was very bad. Pan and puke spit everywhere and the stains were not gone. Bed sheets, bed cover pillows were full of soil marks. Wallpapers were hanging and damaged. I had gotten an allergic reaction due to this and i had appealed to oyo to give me a different property or a refund. OYO said they do not have a different property and they can only do 20% refund due to policy.

                                  I had moved myself away from the environment with my luggage giving they keys to the helper boy who came to check my room. I never told him Im checking out.
                                  Once i was done with my work i returned back to the hotel and asked for a photo of my register entry. To get due proof that I have checked in and I have taken cognizance of the room situation.
                                  The receptionist then proceeded to call his bus boys (goons) who took the register, striked my name and my partner's name and called us outsiders and that we are not allowed in the hotel anymore. Their reason for doing this is that I reported directly to OYO that the room was bad and not reached out to them first - which would lead to an escalation on them from OYO. All of this because they couldnt do their job.

                                  I require a full refund of my booking for my pathetic experience and the goon mannerisms that were displayed by the property staff.
