    it's very bad condition and not present anyone its open labor slipping spaces and we are booked direct company helpline executive told me about this palace and they suggest me so Oyo team is responsible this Froud if Oyo not given me my money i was compline at high court.

      I have paid rs.946 through online payment Cred Pay to oyo app on 27 Nov 2024 to book hotel in Noida. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. Therefore I made successful booking from CredPay I want my money back which was deducted from CredPay.

      I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred and didnt resolved

      This behavior is not at all accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst...

        On September 08 2024 i booked a room in chennai called Oyo Super Townhouse Royapettah near US consulate. The amount was paid to the hotel and because of the untidiness and comfort of the bed i have immediately checked out if the room. I checked in by 2 pm in the noon and checked out by 2 15 pm. Informed customer care of Oyo and they promised and send us mails for confirmation that will get my refund within 7-14 working days. Its been a month today till I didn’t recieved my money and i am keep on calling this customer care daily and spoke to senior executives all they did was promised us to provide our refund money back and such a bad experience i never had from any other customer services. All they said was lies and fake promises and lost our time in this blunders. Never going to choose oyo again and still our refund is in pending list.

          I am writing to file a formal complaint against OYO for their failure to process a refund for a booking where the service was not rendered. Despite paying in advance, my room at OYO Flagship Hotel Park View 1 was unavailable upon arrival. This caused significant inconvenience and distress.

          I arrived at the hotel to find my reserved room was not available.
          Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through OYO’s customer support, the issue was not addressed.
          OYO has denied my refund request, citing their policy, even though the service was not provided.
          Evidence:

          I have attached relevant documentation, including booking confirmation, email correspondence with OYO, and evidence of the service issue.
          Request: I seek your assistance in obtaining a full refund for the booking and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. OYO’s failure to provide the paid service and their refusal to issue a refund necessitate your intervention.

            I tried to book an hotel in Hyderabad for the duration 14th Aug 2024 to 18th Aug 2024. I paid the amount via credit card of 6727 rupees. My money got deducted from my account but in Oyo mobile app it shows some error occurred please try again the payment. It's very irritating that my money got debited but booking didn't happen. Even the money was not returned back. When I checked with my bank it said the money was settled by merchant, so check with them for refund. Now I am stuck between bank and Oyo. There is no response from Oyo against my complaint through email. Atleast provide a way to raise a complaint for this. Do resolve it asap or else I have to raise a complaint in consumer court for it.

                On date 14/05/2024 i have booked a room at hotel shree poornagiri 201 bhagatsingh marg, jaisingh pura near mahakal lok opp mahakal temple ujjain madhya pradesh.when i visited at hotel they had denied my booking so i had to stay in another hotel. simplepay channel asking me to pay 802 rupees for booking amount that I did not use the service. kindly take an appropriate action.

                    I booked oyo room for two days for our guests and made payment of 2048 online at the time of booking and remaning will be once i reached in hotel.

                    When i reached hotel i see lots of water leakages and ceiling in all 5 rooms and immediately i denied to stay such kind of room. But manager said itne me to inta hi milega.

                    When i talked about refund, he said talk to oyo, when i talk to oyo, they said refund is not possible as you cancelled booking and you have to pay remining amount if you want to stay. they offer me different property whose condition was wrost.

                    I continuously followup their support team but they were not taking any responsibility.

                      This is my booking ID D0HC3999
                      I have been book in the name of Vijay.
                      I book the room for family stay from 21st to 24th check out.
                      I made a payment through online what about the charges has been showed in the oyo app.
                      But when I was about to checking IPS to issue that they are charging extra they ask me to pay additional charges.
                      Beshak paddy it will be 1800 so we have to pay 1800 rupees into four times.
                      I didn't pay the amount but they force me to pay the amount. Since I was with my family I cannot able to do anything or I was helpful that time.
                      Finally the ask me to pay additional thousand five hundred rupees.
                      Initially they ask me to pay 2200 which was there pending in the oyo app I just said that is no pending amount I feel all the amount they ask me to check the app again there is a pending charges of 2200. They said that amount which you paid is only a booking charge means advance charges additional 2200 YouTube you need to pay in the room itself.
                      When I when I am checking the app it shows that they have been charge for bar for 2200 I was discussed with that reception asking you don't have a bar then how come your charge for 2200 rupees extra.
                      They thought that I found out why they charge then later what they did is the change the category to from bar to other charges of 2200 rupees.
                      So I have attached the screenshot also along with the email .
                      I have no other option I was helpful I was conducted the oyo customer care there is only Hindi peoples being in India you have only telephone tele service only in Hindi support you don't have English or any other local languages it was a very very disappointed.
                      Finally I made the payment of thousands fine recipes through upi and the upi is also in the name of that hotel name I ask for the bill decide you will be getting the bill finally when you are checking out.
                      I making this complaint after I take out
                      Kindly do something about this case and it seems like the not only me there are so many customers who is facing the same issue like this.
                      I kindly request you to refund this thousand 1350 rupees amount.

                        I am writing to address an issue regarding my recent booking with Oyo rooms. My booking ID is VCXZ564. I had made the booking over the phone with Oyo Customer Service and made the full payment through Gpay, as suggested by the customer service representative.

                        However, despite the payment being debited from my account (Gpay Transaction ID[protected], Amount – Rs. 4022), it was not reflected in the hotel's account. As a result, the hotel requested that I make the payment at the reception. I immediately contacted your customer service and they confirmed that the payment had not been reflected at the hotel. They requested that I make the payment at the reception and assured me that they would refund the earlier transaction.

                        Following their instructions, I paid Rs. 4128 by UPI at the reception, which means I ended up paying twice for the single booking. I was expecting immediate action from Oyo to refund the extra payment, but unfortunately, there was no action taken until I followed up multiple times with your customer service.

                        After multiple follow-ups, I did receive a partial refund of Rs. 2783. However, I was expecting a full refund of Rs. 4022. I kindly request that you refund the remaining amount to me as soon as possible.

                        Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your prompt resolution of this issue.

                          We booked a hotel on 2nd dec at kolkata in Devs guest house, salt lake sector 1. When we went there hotel and room was not available at the location. We called the manager and found that there was no room available. When we called the oyo customer care they cancelled the order and they will process the refundbut still not there was no record of refund and till today the refiund wasnt received. Please help us take action against this oyo fraud.

                            I'd booked a hotel for 5 dec 2023 to 9 dec 2023 at noida, but when I reached the premises, the manager told that there is no such booking and I was asked to find another hotel. The OYO customer care assisted me and told that our contract with hotel ended and not updated on oyo app so will initial a full refund and assured that this amount will be refunded within 7-14 days. I also have a written confirmation from them via their twitter ID. PLEASE have them refund me my money, as this breaks trust and is a very unfair and unjust practice.i had also raised this to cyber crime

                              I have made additional payment of 700 at oyo reception in front of cctv.
                              They receptionist mentioned that they do not see booking id at their end and can't let me check in. This went onn for like 10 mins and then I was asked to pay. I was scanning a QR named as oyo at property but then, they forced me to scan another qr on a paper.
                              Before paying them I asked them to write on a paper to give me proof that they do not see a booking id of me. Or if they will give me a payment receipt of it. But the receptionist denied to it.
                              I had to go to hospital n I had a broken leg fractured patient with me. I had to check in n visit to hospital.
                              I called oyo CS thrice. My call wasn't connected twice n for the 3rd time I was disconnected from call after putting on hold.
                              How am I supposed to pay extra? I submitted the payment confirmation that I was forced to pay before check in. But that has been termed as invalid.
                              This all happened in visibility of cctv. Why doesn't oyo check cctv.
                              I am beign forced to take legal action against oyo if they don't refund my money. I will file a case of mental harrasment and money extortion in different ways from client.

                                I had booked a room at Hotel Savasi Puri for one day from 6th March to 7th March 2024.
                                1.Reached there at about 3.30 PM on 6th march.
                                2.It was the most shabby hotel with dirty bathroom near reception,
                                3.The person had to be called by phone as there was no body in reception.
                                4.He told me to first see the room before check in as the cost of my booking was much higher then his offer rates.
                                Went to the room, found a double bed, in bathroom geyser water was leaking.
                                5. He told that it is not 3 star as mentioned in your site.
                                6. No dining arrangement but i told that i had booked with complimentary breakfast, he said absolute NO.
                                7. His Tarriff was 1600 per room per day with AC and checkout time is 7 AM, while booking site shows 11 AM.
                                8. I had paid 724 Rs as advance for 20% of payment.
                                9. No wifi as written in hotel description

                                It is highly disappointing to have booked an OYO room with false promises.I feel cheated because --
                                *The hotel was not as promised in your website and definitely not 3 star.
                                ** No complimentary breakfast as there is no boarding, but i had paid the part tariff including breakfast.
                                *** It seems you enroll hotels without verifying their credentials as written in your web site.
                                My Request--
                                * Please return my advance paid i.e 724 rs via Gpay (Receipt attached)

                                  I booked oyo room and paid ₹4, 573 through google pay but the payment was pending/ cancelled and I was told to pay again. Hence I paid ₹4, 573 twice.

                                  Check in date: 07/03/2024
                                  Check out date: 10/03/2024
                                  Payment amount: ₹4, 563

                                  I PAID TWICE FOR ₹ 4, 573 & the 2nd amount deducted has not been refunded to me yet. Attached below are details of double transaction made to oyo.
                                  Transaction amount: ₹4, 573

                                  Kindly refund my amount of ₹4, 573 with UTR number[protected] as soon as possible.

                                  OYO made me pay twice for a hotel only to have it cancel at the end and they still haven’t paid me back! Is this a scam?

                                    I have done a booking Through the customer care number. And I got the room finalized. And when it comes to the amount the executor told me that it is INR 858. then i got this email Which I've attached below.
                                    Then I saw an Additional INR 42 off on the booking and I decided to pay the full amount. which is INR 816(Below I have attached the payment proof)
                                    Then I got a Confirmation mail in which it was mentioned that I still have INR 42 due. (Below I have attached the screenshot)

                                        I have paid rs.768 through paytm to oyo app on 29.02.2024 to book hotel in Jodhpur. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

                                        I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and shouted on me.
