I booked a hotel named New Delhi Guest House (62786) on 03/08/22, 03:42 PM under the name Apoorva Prakash. After reaching the the hotel, it refused me from checking in and then i dailed OYO for help, I wanted refund and after some time an automated call came to confirm my cancellation of hotel and said the money will be refunded in some days. I have booked a oyo (my Booking Id V2EM5960) and paid advance booking of rs.399 but when i reached to the location there was no hotel located at that point then i called to the hotel no. Oyo Rooms — Amount deducted but booking failed, please refund

I was trying to book a hotel yesterday and i made the payment twice but the booking failed and the amount was deducted from my account twice. I later made the booking with another card with which it was confirmed but i haven't received any refund of the deducted amount and i can't contact your customer care regarding it....

On 1st Aug 2022 I booked a room through oyo app in OYO Townhouse 1072 Rks Prestige, the booking was confirmed after I made the online payment and got the booking id as O0U63612 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are full now so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre...

On 12th of July 2022 I have booked a hotel for rs 992 but after I reached the hotel the receptionist denied check in giving reason of low tariff charged by Oyo after that I made the payment which was asked by the hotel to check in.

Dear Sir,
I booked a hotel through phone call and payed an advance of 421 Rs.
The amount promised was 3300 and now its showing 4200,

I tried reaching customer care several times and all of them are putting me on hold.
and there is no response.

I was given a confirmed booking. When I went to the hotel the hotel said it was sold out and not able to provide me a room. I had already paid for the hotel but till now not given any kind of return. I am not able to get in touch with any customer service personal....

Oyo Rooms — Fraud done by Oyo regarding money refund

I've a booked a Oyo hotel ( booking I'd is IRQ84445 ) . The booking required advance payment of 471 rupees. I did pay the required amount in advance. But due to some circumstances i decided not to go and went on to cancel my booking and requested a full refund. After some time they updated the refund status ' under process'. On 28th July I booked a room through OYO on call, self requested for early check-in on 29th July (for 10am), executive confirmed pre check-in and asked to pay full amount to book the room, have paid based on that.

Hi this is to inform you that my name is Kaustav Dutta and I booked an OYO room through the OYO app . My booking was for 2nd August and I payed Rs 966 through the app. My booking I'd was F4GW3746.
But after cancelling the booking before 9am 2nd August I am supposed to get the refunded money back in my account. But still I didn't get any money back in my account though in the account it is showing refund successful.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have booked a hotel at New Delhi on 16th July for 1 night by advance payment vide booking ID - PBBE0675. But the hotel denied to accept the booking and did not give any room. I informed the Oyo Customer Care straight way. They told me that refund is initiated and it will be credited within 24hrs. Now they have sent a mail denying the refund....

    On June 26 and June 27, 2022, I used Phonepe to complete transactions for the hotel reservations I had made with Oyo Rooms. The total for both transactions was rs 2094 (rs 1142 and rs 956 paid separately).     Hi,

    I want to know the refund status of my booking last month. As per our telephonic conversation with Pratima Sah (Guest Experience Team) you had told me that the refund has been processed and it will take 7-14 working days. But it's been more than a month now and I'm still waiting for the refund.
    As per our conversation I have already sent you the Receipt invoice from the hotel and also shared you the bank details....

    I booked a hotel room in hotel mangal inn in Udaipur. Paid for it in advanced but the hotel staff denied my check in on 2 August 2022. The oyo app shows me that I’ve checked in and even checked out of the room. They didn’t even let me in! I want complete refund of my booking and strict action against hotel.
    Hotel staff says that it’s due to oyo’s auto check in feature and they didn’t allow me to check in!...

    Hi there,
    Last month from 3rd July to 6th July we stayed at
    OYO 5584 Hotel Siddharth Inn
    Near Keshav Park, New Vavol, Gandhinagar
    After coming back to Pune, we just asked them to scan the cash receipt in pdf format since we asked them to modify the bill and include GST charges. They did that but sent a mobile photo image of the cash receipt which we could not print clearly and submit to the government office. However, since last month we have been asking them to send me a good scanned image in pdf format, so that i can submit it to the office which they are doing.
    I expect Oyo management to look personally into it and solve the problem.
    OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
