[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund for not providing service | |||
This is in reference to my OYO booking(#BIKM9851) on 18 Aug'19. I booked the hotel from their app in sushant lok (collection o). There was electricity cutout, requested to wait however at 1 O'clock they denied me for accommodation and they were not in the condition to provide me room( waited for 1 hr). After that they suggested me to call OYO helpline, called for refund however OYO requested me to relocate to nearest OYO property and they shifted my booking to golf view collection O, the attendant at the shifted property was unprofessional and he refused to provide towels, room was filthy and there was no water bottle available, A/C was not working properly, TV was not working as set top box was not charged( out of balance), basic facilities were not there in the room. After few hours i checkout around 5:30 PM and not completed my stay. I have more then 20 bookings in OYO however never experience this type o[censored]nprofessional-ism from them. Tried to resolve my issue on their customer care however no response and kept me on hold for 20 min every time i called them, when i asked them to transfer the call to their escalation team, they put that on hold and after some time it automatically hangup, this happened more then 14 time when i tried again and again. Their helpline service is very pathetic and i have to explain the same issue to everyone( till date 15 times). When i get a chance to resolve my issue with the escalation team, i gave them full explanation in the email with all pictures however no action has been taken on this issue and i have no update for that. Below are name of the escalation team members who assisted me and i sent them pictures and explanation: 1)Sudip_8068_FUS 2)JEETENDER _452941_TM 3)Megha _9000_ FUS Requesting you to please resolve the issue so that i get my hard earned money back. Due to pathetic experience at OYO property i check out and shifted to FAB hotel and was charged Rs 1400/-, just because of them i was charged twice for a single stay.
