I had prior booked two rooms for the dates, 20th, 21st and 22nd of may 2022. On reaching the booked property on the 20th i was denied check-in since they said, OYO had discounted our prices on the time of booking in order to attract customers with prices which the hotel won't accept. I contacted the "OYO Customer Executive" and requested for a refund which they accepted after many arguments. As per "OYO Refund Policy", refunds get processed with 7-14 days but until today(14th of June 2022) i did not receive the amount.
I have been calling "OYO Customer Care" number everyday for the past 2 weeks, but none of the options gets my call transferred to the concerned department. On 27th of May i luckily got through, and the concerned "OYO Customer Executive" told me that my amount would be refunded within a maximum of 5 days span but as i mentioned until today no such action has occurred.
I'll provide the details of my booking so that action could be taken:

Such inconveniences are extremely disappointing. The "Chat with Yo!" option and the "Need help?" option provided in the OYO application has also not done much either in this case. I have also dropped several emails to "[protected]@oyosupport.com" with no replies yet. Was this information helpful? |
