[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund issue from bangalore on 22nd october | |||||
I had booked an oyo room in bangalore and due to their technical issue my bookings where popping up not confirmed but my online payment was getting debited... As i requested them to cancel my booking and refund my money they turned up with cancelling my booking and with their policy of returning the amount within 15 working days... As iam not residing in india i shall be flying back to my residence on 26th of october i requested them again to process my refund asap through a mail i’d... And this people reply with an arrogant behavior that that is shudnt contact them regarding refund and be patient and all... Iam completely out of money i need my money back kindly help... Total 3booking amount is 5760 inr This is my email i’d registered with oyo. [protected]@gmail.com Below is the attached arrogant behavior mail from oyo...
