[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund issued for north India package

Oyo rooms have provided me attached package for 17, 333/- per person,

After partial cancelation for my bookings package gone up to 25, 000/- per person approx,

Just now i had word with oyo helpline and they confirm me that all the bookings have been cancelled reason mentioned was “change in plan”,

Totally wrong reason mentioned for cancelation it was not because of change in plan, it was because change in package amount,
Before canceling the booking your person madhumitha have confirmed me that your refund amount will be credited max 2 working days but while contacting your help line no they said refund will be credited 7 to 14 working days,

Will never suggest any one to oyo rooms because above two false confirmation 1. Package amount & 2. Refund tat.

Oyo rooms want mail from some devid paul's email id who has already resigned from oyo rooms they are not ready to refund my money.
