[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund not getting processed after commitment

I tried making a booking on 21st Nov for 2 rooms in Ahemdabad and the transaction got declined, however the payment got processed from my account. Speaking to the customer care I confirmed that they did not get the money and booking was not made. I made another booking and the transaction was accepted. Now i am charged for 2 bookings where as i utilized only 1. I spoke to the customer care guys, after investigation i was promised on the 7th December that a refund will be processed in 4 business days. Not having received the refund I called up the Customer Care (twice as one of the executive hung up on me) again and was told that they will have to investigate the issue. I do not understand why after investigation they need more investigation and why after commitment the payment is not refunded. My Booking IDs are MZAK1784 and SROK4901 and my email id is jimit.[protected]@gmail.com
