[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund not getting processed after commitment | |||||
I tried making a booking on 21st Nov for 2 rooms in Ahemdabad and the transaction got declined, however the payment got processed from my account. Speaking to the customer care I confirmed that they did not get the money and booking was not made. I made another booking and the transaction was accepted. Now i am charged for 2 bookings where as i utilized only 1. I spoke to the customer care guys, after investigation i was promised on the 7th December that a refund will be processed in 4 business days. Not having received the refund I called up the Customer Care (twice as one of the executive hung up on me) again and was told that they will have to investigate the issue. I do not understand why after investigation they need more investigation and why after commitment the payment is not refunded.
