[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not received | |||
I booked oyo flagship 737 paschim vihar on 9th june for 3 days and paid rupees 4856 through paytm.. Then i modified my booking from 3 days to 1 day and raised against that of rupees 4171 which was approved from oyo side.. My booking id is rlsw4817.. Oyo policy is to refund the amount within 7-14 days n todays its 20th day and i have not received my money yet... I am calling oyo customer care everyday for my refund and they keep my call on hold for 1 hour on every call and still i m not get any solution.. I have all the mails regarding the same that when they initiated my refund my refund id which is jtas9kkwd6x6s8orl2d0tpy... I am seriously fed up now and its my hard earned money..
