[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund not received it's been 22 days

I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 1st january 2020 with transaction amount of 945 through google pay. At the time of check in the hotel denied to accept the online payment so, then i cancelled my booking. It has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. But it has been 22 days i have not recieved my refund.

My booking id - NATU9407

At first I was denied for check-in even when I paid the entire amount online on the ground that I've paid online. And they only accept cash.Then the hotel guy told me that I'll receive my money within 7-14 days.But 22 days are already passed. Now when I contacted Oyo, they told me that because I suffered, they will definitely help me but whenever I call them they put my call on hold, tell me that they will call you back after 2 hours and boom no call from their side. .
Venue of the hotel was SPOT ON 47327 Comfort Inn, Indore
