Oyo Rooms — refund of payment | |
I had booked a room 1 month ago and i paid the amount of rupees 3658 online through bhim upi but due to some problems my money was deducted from my account but the money wasn't credited to the oyo account. After 2-3 days i contacted the oyo regarding this problem they told me to contact with bank and bhim upi so i contacted the both and bhim says that the money is on hold by hdfc bank of oyo rooms account and bank said the amount is credited but wasn't clearly written in statement and after some days i again went to the bank and again tooked the screenshot of account statement from the bank and in that statement it is clearly written that the amount is credited to the oyo rooms account. And after then i contacted with oyo regarding this and i also mailed the screenshot of the account statement but i haven't got my refund yet its been a month now i am facing a lot problem by oyo rooms. So, kindly resolve my issue
