Oyo Rooms — regarding complaint against hotel royal height for worst service and misbehaving | |
I am renu have checked in oyo 7790 hotel royal height, kolkata (Booking no.:fthy0539). I arrived at hotel between 8:45 to 09:00pm on 31 august 2018 and manger told me to wait for some time after 20 min he informed me there are no rooms available, find another hotel to stay. When i further questioned him on this he started argument and told me that you have to pay extra amount to get the room. That time i called to oyo customer care and after a long conversation i got my room after 10pm but it was different from the pic. When i tried to call for the food, noone picked the call at the reception, then i went to the security guard outside the hotel and got negative response that no food service is available after 11pm and outside food is also not allowed. It means you can't eat there anything. Electric shocket was not working there. If i talk about tv tata sky's subscription was expired. Next morning i asked him for tea bags and sugar to make the tea, they took more than 20 min to deliver. Receptionist called and ask to leave at 11 where as it was clearly mentioned complimentary checkout till 1pm. It was the worst experience ever with oyo. So please take action against hotel and refund me my full amount as soon as possible. Note: i have pictures and videos of the hotel. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |
