[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — regarding exhaustion and inconvenience caused during hotel search on 22nd december 2018 in mussoorie, uttarakhand

I booked a room in hotel named journey inn yesterday ie, on 21st december 2018 using oyo app, even after 3 hour of long and rigorous search for the hotel there on 22nd december 2018. I could not find the above mentioned inn in mussoorie (Uttarakhand). Owing to their worst service our tour got spoiled. The contact number they send us was invalid. This is ridiculous.
