[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Regarding Fake bookings and refund issue

I made room booking from OYO on 10th sep 2022 for Townhouse 978 Shivam Guest House, New Delhi for 765 Rs. with Booking ID H30V4878. When I visited above hotel receptionist denied my booking saying that they don't have tie up with OYO and my booking is not visible in hotel booking site. After that I called OYO Customer care he said he will transfer my call to refund department, Later I wait for 5 mins then call automatically got disconnected. After that I am not able to connect OYO to that same number. I asked many people in Delhi, They said this fraud is happening everywhere with OYO in delhi. I request you to please help me and other people for getting our refunds. and Please take strong actions on them so it won't happen in future with anyone else.
