Dear, service provider, it's hell o[censored]r service. I m very disappointed by ur undisciplined service. I have booked a hotel at Faridabad through ur website. In an emergency I had to leave the hotel in 2 days to attend my hospitalised father at home. But there was no negotiation from ur side for the payment. Ur representative said that I had to pay the whole amount for four days. Is this the kind of playing a game with the customers. Is that included in ur police. It's the hell o[censored]r police and u havnt mentioned it in ur terms and conditions too. I[censored] r really suffering from scarcity of money then go and do begger job at roadside with ur family because it's suits u instead of taking money from customer who has to make money by his/her sweat.
