[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — regarding my booking

Firstly i regret i couldn't take your call. Secondly i will try to word out my experience to you as its not for the first time that i did the booking through oyo and personally i never had such a shameful experience. I have been vouching for oyo from quite a long time now.

1. The name of the resort that i booked showed the name as 'la flora' on the oyo website while the name that was displayed on the signboard read as 'robbin hills' due to which even the localites didn't know about the way to the resort. We can file a complaint against false representation.

2. I along with my family had started from bengaluru at around 7:30 in the morning and we reached wayanad by 6 p. M but it took us around 3 hours to literally find out the resort, we were lost in a jungle. The google map location which was shared on oyo website was of somewhere in the jungle i. E there was no way out.

3. The amenities provided in the room were not upto the mark. The toilet flush was not working at all. There was no water in the taps. There were lizards and cockroaches roaming around. Toiletries were not provided. It was not even close to the basic hygiene levels expected of a resort such as oyo's.in the name of staff there were 4 boys who were running around and doing all sort of works. So whenever you call the reception no one was their to take your call or even respond.

4. The captain sharon philip was not picking calls when we wanted some idea about the location of the hotel, all the while wandering unaware as the google maps didn't correctly show where the place was. He was not a 'captain' at all.
Is this how you do customer service?

5. We had been there to celebrate the new year with our family members who had come from different places in india and abroad. The whole experience was ruined by the above mentioned things. We immediately had to leave coz it was late that night when we found out that place was so disappointing. Our whole new year plan was ruined.
Who will bring back those moments for my family?

6. We had to book another hotel on such short notice so we had to pay extra and also to the cab we had booked for our trip.
Who will bear the extra expenses?

7. We were 4 ladies in my family trip and the crowd which we found there was not comforting so when we asked the owner about the security of the place, in the name of security he had called for some local boys so their wouldn't be any scene on new year eve.
If something would have happened that night who would have been responsible.
