Dear sir
Totally bad experience and very very poor service and worst condition of rooms which i faced during my accommodation. I had booked two rooms in this hotel, both were very bad, in my one room a. C. Was not working and i was complaining to hotel management but they had not any support and help to me so finally i had switched to my second room but whole night we had faced in this room electricity had frequently fluctuate due this electricity line a. C. Was not boot-up. Both rooms was very dirty, room amenities was not available, bathroom was very bad and water was chocking, roof fan was generating humming sound. My family has faced that kind of horrible and painful treatment by your hotel cum management. I hope you will think about my mentally harass and tension which were giving by hotel management and oyo.in midnight i had check in, and i had inform to oyo customer care and communicated my problem but tele-caller also had not support to me in good manner. I inform to you that i am regular customer of oyo and goibibo and routeing basis i have being stay in north region of india.
This kind of things will dangerous and trouble to oyo company.
My hotel booked detail were such as:
