Oyo Rooms — require refund for ybfz3104 as oyo was overbooked and we were denied check in | |
I made a booking mucg2160 earlier in lonavala, when i reached the property it was terrible. They didn’t have anything in good condition and the images didn’t match up with the reality. So i got that cancelled and got new booking by overpaying for ybfz3204. When we reached this property, the oyo captain ajay avinash bankar told us that the place is already booked by someone else and you need to go back to previously canceled property as its the only available property. We said we need a refund as we didn’t want to go there. He kept us on hold for an hour and then switched off his phone. We tried calling oyo customer care and were put on hold by different departments stating that they cannot help us and they can’t initiate refund right away. Finally after 3 hours of holding up they raised a case with id 13163392. Which is not resolved and now the booking is not even showing up on app so i am not able to see the case updates. I had gone to lonavala with my wife and parents through a zoomcar but we had to come back to pune without enjoying anything there, as we were too frustrated with everything going on with oyo.
