[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — robbery in my room

I was staying with oyo hotel in lonavala Hotel royal darbar Yesterday night robber came in the room while i was sleeping my 2 mobile phones atm card and cash is missing and whole room was messed it was a vry bad experience i had lodge a complaint and a fir report about this incident. I want a claim or else i will continue mailing in many ways about this. No one is helping against hotel. I am sharing my review on every social sites against this. I want my claim. 1.Booking No. is YNUE9534( Booking Confirmed - Payment Done) Date-29 Mar 2018.
2.We din't get the room yesterday as the property manger told that his entire property has been sold out and we have already paid for the booking.
