Oyo Rooms — room booking at kalpa mansion, oyo 37122 | |||
Dear sir, I had made a booking at Kalpa mansion for the date 01st Oct 2019 for 8 guests. I had booked 4 rooms and had made full payment of Rs/- 3521 on 9th June 2019. But today i.e 1st Oct when we came for check in, they have refused us. They told they have issues with oyo, so they are not taking oyo booking from last 2months. We have talked with oyo representative many times but we didn't get any positive result. When we asked for hotel shift, representatives offered us hotels in Sangla which is around 40km aways from this place. As time was 6pm and is was not possible to return back we had to pay in the same hotel for the night. Now I want full refund with penalty but Oyo is not doing anything.
