[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — room cancelled on the day of check in, hotel changed my name and email so that I cannot track it. | |
I booked an oyo flagshit hotel, oyo 13853 shruti resort and it was confirmed. Being it a flagship hotel it gained my trust. Now, it got confirmed and i also confirmed it with the hotel as well as oyo assign, and also got a message at 6:55am that everything is confirmed but when i opened the app it showed cancel and i didn't get any cancellation calls or email or message anything. After contacting oyo customer care i came to know that my phone number in which i have been reacing info has been changed to some illogical number ([protected]) and email address to ([protected]@gmail.com). I'm very annnoyed with this kind of theft and i'm looking forward to hear response as it was my parents travelling there and 2ndry opinion for hotel which i got i had to pay extra.
