Theft! Theft! Theft! On of my close friend stayed in oyo hotel in dlf - phase 1 gurgaon some one have stolen his belongings from hotel room, i. E 2 laptop, one bag in which my friend passport and other expensive belongings, one mobile phone, on dated 1/09/2018, it's already 6 days gone still oyo is not able to resolve the concern, even hotel denied to show cctv footage, 0% security in oyo hotel guys i strongly recommend not go for oyo as he have lost my belongings and hotel staffs are giving excuses, we all can understand his precious company data gone, very pathetic service i have ever seen very bad customer experience. Request to all please do not book oyo room because oyo will not any help if something happened wrong. Was this information helpful? | |
