[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Strange experience - Oyo rooms - fortis noida | |||
I booked a room online at oyo near fortis hospital noida I had following comments to make. 1. My booked id was wmdq0419 - oyo room 38. - hotel cross winds rn-24 fortis noida from 29 april to 30 april 2017 2. The said hotel cross wind was not existing. When called over the phone receptionist told... It is flavour restaurant. And no sign of displayed oyorooms 3. First thing they asked at counter to pay full amount... That was of course, not an issue. But humility and manners were totally absent 4. Dinner was supplied after three hours of order booking 5. Morning tea and breakfast was not supplied, saying it is not oyo instructions.. We took morning tea and breakfast.. Outside the hotel premises 6. It was one of the worst experience i had with oyo 7.
