[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — sudden change of hotel room and put in a cheaper hotel | |||||
This is concerning my booking utgx5682. I was looking for a hotel next to the lake in udaipur and i booked one through oyo. The lake side hotels were expensive and it was okay with me following my family demand for the holidays. On 26th evening (The day i will check in), oyo suddenly changed my hotel to a cheaper hotel inside the city o[censored]daipur and keeping the price same! This was shameless action - i lost money (As oyo put me in a cheap hotel) and also i lost the prime location. There were no other option in my hand except accepting their bad deal as i have to check in with my family and luggage. As of now, they are completely silent about this misbehavior. Strongly recommend to avoid oyo and go to other professional website booking (Even you book oyo hotel - as mmt, yatra etc are more responsible on booking).
